Delayed province strength means it won't really help too much after turn 4. Of course all the military players reading this are shaking their head and yelling at the design team for rewarding control decks.

Seems fine to me... I would put it in mine with any other event that does something ignoble demise is a far greater hit than +2 province strength. Although I can see it in a crab deck as a unique way to piss off other military players XD. 12 province strength? Rage quit.

And contrary to popular belief we only care when you don't have to go to battle and still win.
