I'd run it out of Paragons in a heartbeat with Loyalty/Know No Fear.

Agreed with Gosh. Scorpion Paragons and Dragon Kensai are my votes for "decks most likely to run this card".
It is also worth considering in some decks with the idea that you hold it until the very last action at a battle, and hope your opponent doesn't have any send home/bow/destruction of his own to kill your guy. This is much more risky though and I don't really think it will see much competitive play in decks trying to "pull this off".

actually, more reliable in lion paragons
consideration/iron will + redirects
although the best person to use it on is kisada and kaenpki

Don't forget Iron Will only stops them from taking care of that personality if you have the effortless in hand. Unless it's late enough in the battle that they don't have any other way of removing presence.
It's still not bad out of lion, don't get me wrong, but IMHO Scorpion has a great suite of "no" cards that work really well here. And, for shits and giggles, you can always use it on Irezu, basically saying "Use a kill/send home on my 0f dude or one of your units dies".
It's also very good out of berserkers out of the zerker box (too bad very few zerker decks actually run out of that box).

Funny enough kenpeki is like, "Snap that guy... hmmmm okay next action? unstoppable extra action splatter."
Kensai will probably play this card just because of how resilient they are.

Yeah I could definitely see slotting this into kensai. Might even throw it in paragons just to take the heat off of other guys, or to tempt someone into targeting Bofana.
