The Price of Honor
0GC
Political
Limited:
Choose your performing Courtier and target another player's
dishonorable Personality: He is asked to make a sacrifice. The player
may show you his hand. If he does, you may discard a card from it. If he
does not choose this, the Personality may not perform the rulebook
Seppuku action.

Wrong forum chief Razz

Nasty card though... I'll sacrifice every time I guess rather than give dishonor a way to hold me down.

This card may become decent if they start adding some good fate-side dishonor meta, but untill then it won't see play.

Keep in mind, this only prevents seppuku until the end of the turn. So they only use it on the turn that they are going to bomb you for lots of loss, focusing on one guy who cannot seppuku for the turn. Basically turns him into a shugenja/monk. Fun thought: if you are playing an opponent who uses this card on you, and you have 2/3 oyo seido's in play, you can use this to your advantage and let him bomb you, then use the 2/3 oyos for 4/6 honor and buy a dude for full to gain 2 and then proper deference yourself to whatever you started the turn at. Only works in a handful of decks, but it's a thought.

also, moving this topic to the correct forum.

You would have a point if this card wasn't a Limited action Razz
