heh, alits strict is pretty amazing. a totally diffrent game from standard.

Ya, and Spider was actually challenging in strict beforehand. I believe that they won the Peasant District.

yes they did. spider in strict are very nice because they all have force penalty and ranged attacks. plus seeing them drop an oni is daunting.

Spider is decent in strict, the same way that all low honor factions get a boost in strict. The removal of many cards that reinforce tempo; like unsettled gathering, egg of panku, and a large number of cav/conqeruer, helps out everyone who goes second fairly equally by diminishing some of the advantages of going first. Its still and uphill battle to always go second but the game is actually playable now for spider/crab/oni-free mantis.

I'm excited and have been playing a ton online. Unfortunatly, all the decks on untap are all alits based sensei decks, so itheres nothing but honor decks to play against.
