Errata and bans

I didn't see the bans coming, and they didn't touch Resumed Hostilities Exp. (or The VD if you prefer)

I think vtd is fine as itusually doesn't have a huge impact on game state. I saw Cav Escort coming, but advance warning? That is a huge surprise.

I've been using advance warning in my deck to great success, but its easily replaced by other options like unwavering resolve or planned departure.

I'm definately happy to see off sanc take a hit though, as I'm literally the only military faction who gets no benifit from the card. Even susumu have a hard time taking advantage of it since the highest ph we have access to is 2.

I actually haven't seen much cav escort online, but it still needed to go.

When you take all these cards into consideration, control gets much stronger.

Really? The only faction? Negating the next straightening once every three turns is really getting it done!

So, how does the environment feel now with the bans?

The nerf to sanction brings a few decks back in line. The biggest impact is that you no longer have to worry about advanve warning or cav escort. Overall the environment didn't change signifigantly, not like whrn they nerfed crane.
