Except Phoenix's straightens it, so you can bow it for gold on the off-turn (multiple times if you have multiple copies of the dude). Where this guy is really good out of 7 Fold Palace, allowing province pump and more favor abuse. Very good. Being able to bow 7FP for gold during your dynasty but still get the favor on your opponents turn is SO good. It really is too bad that Embassy is so good, because decks running out of 7FP have gotten a lot better with these new cards.

Yeah, I entirely agree, I was gonna say, his ability is a trait, his secondary ability is a free mini outerwalls for the favor as an open. Seems solid.
