There is a new downloadable online client for l5r, i just installed it today.

Its incredibly easy to learn and use, you guys really need to dl it! Stop being dinosaurs and get online for games!

But in all seriousness, we should get on a regular schedule playing on sun and moon. It is a beautiful program.I will be on monday with Rich and we can spectate games as well. Everyone should download it by the end of the weekend.

Playing online is way more convenient than playing IRL, no more building decks, looking for cards, playing on one set night, drive time is cut out, etc etc. You can make changes to your deck on the fly, or even make new decks in seconds. Need to test vs phx honor? Copy/paste a list from online and you have a new deck ready to be played.  Games actually play faster too. It'll also help keep our actual cards more organized since we can phase out games with actual cardboard and use them exclusivly for tournaments.

I believe the deck you plan to play for the kotei should be built at lease 2 weeks prior to the tournament to solidify any last second orders for cards. Online testing should be used to get you to the 95% mark and get you testing against the field. MOAR GAMES!

just downloaded it. seems legit when do you want to do games monday evenings?

I'm ok with mondays, I'm also potentially free on other evenings from 6-9 , basically before joi gets home. I can probably sqieeze in some games on saturdays too.

We should move scheduling to another forum? I think posting times available and then exchanging skype/curse info should get everything situated.

As much as I enjoy playing against rich its really hard for our games to be competitive since my deck casually causes honor losses and he's spider. Lol, its so dumb. I'm free also after 3. Playing a new no-attachment aranai build with 12 reserve personalities (spider elite sohei is a personality that comes into play from your hand).

I'm down for some games tonight. Should be available after 6pm or so.
