So here's a list that Sleep and I have been working on. basically taking advantage of all the quality keywords of the deck and maximizing every ounce of the fate side. the deck needs to steel tempo back so toying with 1 to 2 rets to get them or perfect moment in hand early. Still testing it out but welcome all comments and thoughts. Let me know what I'm doing wrong!

I'd be more comfortable with 1 more holding.

I don't like maga-yari, its a bad card imo, especially with only 6 Kensai. If your desperate to run weapons, go for the best, like Wyrmbone. With only 6 Kensai its not worth it to run Never Beyond My Reach, there are better options out there.

Know no Fear makes Strength in Terror really bad too. Speaking of which, you're missing KNF.

I'd also try to find room for At Any Cost, probably in place of Sneaks.

Maga-yari costs 2g for paragons as well.

The main goal of the weapons is to be another sttachment and to get them in to solo range off of a ret. So far a blank attachment has proven invaluab as most cards target cards without attachments and the weapons put most of the peeps out of ranged attack range.yes wyrmbone is better, but 8 gold is a lot of this deck. Know no fear is a card to look at getting into this list and to be worried about with strength in terror but you can't just be completey reactive. Ill test it some more and post additional thoughts.

I'd replace Seaside for Colonial Harbor to use the box's reaction and battle on your opponent's turn. Also, how can you conceivably make a Scorpion deck this arc without 3 Marytrs [edit] and 3 Loyalty of the Scorpion?!

This is the only deck that can't run the matyr because of the keyword dependency. Colonial harbor is a thought but with this gold scheme I found myself having my SH straight on their turn 3-4 onward anyway. Seasides odd producing gold was awesome so far in testing since the deck has almost equal even and odd cost personalities.

What part of free dude to eat it for notfree dudes is ever bad? He eats duels, he swaps into battle (and it's not a switch so your targeted guy goes home even if the Martyr's movement in is negated), he takes Loyalty like a champ, and he fits into that Small Farm slot quite nicely.

I don't disagree Gosh, free guy is almost never bad and I could try him instead of small farm but I run only chugo for redirect and I run as many proactive actions. The weapons are more then protection as they help trigger the awesome kensai action as well as one of the paragons action.I'll try it but so far its rocking out pretty hard. Wanna play on egg chris?

Yeah I downloaded egg last night, though I haven't thrown together a deck yet. I'll probably do that today.

copy and paste this deck in there and try it out. The more its tested the quicker we can optimize it.
