TNO Previews
Previews are up on oracle. Once again spider gets complete garbage for personalities. They make no sense what so ever. What is the point of kokujin kachika? Why is she so bad?
The strategies look really good though. Crtesy should help spider a ton.

The duelist doesn't look terrible, but then again I'm a weirdo.

That said, I think my Tamori deck is looking strong and monk too. If only my monks did good things
Re: TNO Previews
Spider got boned for sure, though I do like the smith.
Crab got so so. The 3/3 tactician is neat, no synergy for anything though. mokoto exp is amazing for 6g she's not loyal either so she will see play in ither decks.
I love keppo exp I blow up your stuff and attach it to myself seems legit.

Re: TNO Previews
Courtesy has been a long time coming and is well executed (with a reminder text template that makes it easy to understand for multiplayer as well, not that multiplayer is really a thing but...).
My feeling about everything else is... "Ooh, everyone who runs holdings bigger than a 242 will run The Abbot", and everything else just fills in gaps where a few gaps needed to be filled. Dueling got some great support, there's plenty of honor/dishonor meta in case either gets out of control, and there are some fun interactions for almost all clans.
From a Phoenix perspective, I got some answers to questions (like what will Koiso Sensei and Rae Sensei do when coils->aftermath rotate out [or in strict]) and I feel like I like the direction we are going in. The air honor deck got a little help as well. I'm a little iffy on brotherhood sensei out of phoenix, but I think dragon can get creative with it.
There are a couple of incredibly powerful cards ("Straighten your dude then take an additional action" "Invest 2: Draw a card and remove two printed abilities in the open phase") and a few more really strong ones that I can't recall off the top of my head that I think can possibly deform the environment a little, but they are at the rare slot and most of them had sufficient drawbacks (or at least, HOPEFULLY the drawbacks will end up being sufficient, not sure how losing 2 honor and being dishonored is a drawback vs military) to keep them in line. We will see.
Also, moving this to the correct forum.
