The problem card in this case would be Enough Talk! I'm not keen on autolosses to the big decks.

Re: Columbia SC Kotei?
I finished the piece for the honor contest just now. Have my spare paper and initial concepts saved as "proof" now I just need to finish the second half.

Do you need "Enough Talk?" I have one.
If you are afraid of it, I'm afraid I can't help.

Finished the art piece, I'll have it by tonight. Pulled an all nighter to do it, but I love how it turned out. Just need to kanji on the haiku and I am done.

Got to top 8, don't know my final standing though, worked out okay. Got second place in the honor contest, take that crane!

Re: Columbia SC Kotei?
Rich now knows as I do what its like to taste bitter 2nd place defeat right after winning one...the bitterness of still going to gen con finals is indeed palpable
in other news I went 4-3, I conceded the last game to my car-mate Jacob since his schedule was better (but we did play and we both emptied our hands eventually leading to me winning the game by 1 force, best round of the day!)
in other news claw and shell doesn't work when 3 udos are out

Re: Columbia SC Kotei?
Think someone said I wound up fourth, officially? Not really certain how 3rd/4th works, but it doesn't really matter - I'm pretty satisfied with the evening regardless, and look forward to seeing all of you again at some event in the future.
Also I've played against Jeff enough to know my chances against that deck would not have been great had I pulled it out against monks, so there's that.
