The deck runs cheap, expendable bodies with decent actions. Flood the board with bodies and keep swinging. If you have to defend you will probably lose the game.

I'm liking the idea of running Versatile army which can replace deliberations.

Fall back might be good in place pf sudden movement.

The clan armor might be good in place of a kikage zumi initiate.

I'm on the fence about satoru sensei, having 6 province seems really bad, and I'm not sure the one time you get to use his ability each game is worth it.

Determined challenge is an intesting option for some harpoon.
