Here is my first shot. Anyone see any glaring issues?

Managing your purchases is one of the biggest hurdles of playing out of a 3g box. Right now your gold is xtremely inefficient at purchasing your expensive personality base. Id suggest running the 343 scheme and removing cards like guidance in war  and agasha barei which don't add enough for the cost. 

You also lack much in the way of honor meta. There is a ton of control in strict and tamoko is already one of the slower honor decks. I think you need more fate side honor gains.
