So here is the first draft. This is not complete, as the Dynasty side needs to drop 5 personalities. I am also experimenting with the Market Build! I am not sure how well it does in partice, but I figured I would give it a shot.
Anyone have any thoughts, comments or ideas of who to drop? I am half on letting go go Niwa. She is a three force swing, with a weapon that could bow, her chi can get to 6 with two weapons and she has a battle duel. But her Force is 2. Reji is blank, but Cav and Kensai, and thus a house. Trimming wise, I could go to a few twos and not ditch anyone but I would rather like constancy.

Re: Blended Dragon
-45 dynasty cards?
Drop 5 guys, 1 saiko, and some combination of 4 jakei/niwa. Im personally not a fan of niwa, doesn't bring enough force, but I'm not sure how effective jakei is either.
-Fate side you forgot weakness exposed. I'd drop the 2 followers and a wrath to get it back in. I'd also drop 1 singing blade for a weapon that does something. I'd only run flight of no mind over Bttf if you don't ecpect to see any honor.

Re: Blended Dragon
I'd drop Yayoi and Shao down to 2 each- that still leaves you 8 personalities to use your one Kiho in the deck, and you really only need to see one copy of either of those personalities to have a big impact on the game. I definitely agree with Rich that Flight of No Mind isn't as good as Back to the Front; Block Supply Lines is a 3 of in every honor or dishonor deck. I still really don't like Strength Remains: it both increases your min deck size and turns on your opponent's Back to the Front since you don't run any other send home. For my money you either run no send home or a lot of it.

Ok I made some more adjustments.
Dynasty: I am still up in the air about Jaikei or Niwa. I am trying to convince myself that running Jaikei as a Unique if he runs into the right situation... But I feel it's a very clinch situation, and as awesome as his invest is it only works if weapons are in my hand, I have the gold and if I am being defended against. Niwa at least does something. I suppose play testing will show me who to sub in and out. In the end i may spike the monks back up and take both of them out.
Fate: added in some new weapons and made the adjustments. I was sort of liking Flight for disrupting fear more. I think Strength Remains needs more testing. I agree, all send home or none, but I would like to test it a bit more as it worked to great effect so far.

Re: Blended Dragon
Send home is good, especially if you can control the favor. Removing presence is still better than bowing and is costed accordingly. They can't always have a back to the front in hand and some people will choose to run other cards such as champions tactics so its a minor point against strength remains at best. Thats like argueing that you might as well remove your bow actions, cause you don't have that much of it and it'll just activate relentless.
